In this role, you’ll work closely with teammates in various marketing departments to coordinate processes, best practices, and on campaign deliverables. Plan concept, status, and kickoff meetings for assigned projects while you develop and audit timeline schedules in the project management system.

You will act as the liaison between multiple teams to secure project schedules, statuses, and all communications as you ensure that deliverables are taken through the proper quality, legal, and regulatory review processes. This is also an opportunity to do some proofing and editing on marketing products as you take your first step toward a project management (or another area of marketing) career path!

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience (agency background preferred)
  • Strong project management skills
