We are driven by our values for exposure, access, opportunity, and equity.

Equity (Fearless Program): Through workshops, events, and consulting, we work with industry partners to strengthen Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging practices so that they can better support, retain, and celebrate BIPOC professionals.

Exposure (Spark Program): Through our classroom workshops, we introduce hundreds of high school students to careers in marketing and advertising each year.

Access (Internship): Through paid experiences, 15-25-year-olds gain career-specific training through hands-on work experience on corporate and agency teams.

Opportunity (College and Beyond Program): Through mentorships, peer-to-peer alumni groups, continued professional development, and nearly $50,000 in college scholarships annually, we support young people in building their professional networks.

We are powered by a talented team of educators, designers, and innovators.
