BUILDING AND UNDERSTANDING MICROCULTURES
May 7, 2026 | 9am-2pm

Best Buy Headquarters
We all belong to microcultures – personal, organizational, and cultural – crafted by our lived experience, shared language, and trust. In an age of hyper-personalization in media, those who not only understand microcultures in their work, but also give them a place to grow within their organization, will lead us into the future. How will you and your organization meet this moment in marketing?
On May 7, 300+ marketing professionals, business leaders, and emerging talent will gather at Best Buy Headquarters for The BrandLab’s Fearless Conference – a dynamic one-day event dedicated to inclusive learning, growth, community building, and connection as we explore this question.
As brands navigate fragmentation, community-building, and internal culture shifts, this year’s theme couldn’t be more timely. Through a keynote, alumni and professional panels, and a fireside chat, attendees will leave with new language, practical tools, and a commitment they can act on.

The BrandLab’s mission is to open the marketing and advertising profession to all voices and perspectives. We envision sustainable careers in inclusive workplaces for all through exposure, access, and opportunity in the marketing and advertising profession.
We aim to open access to the marketing and advertising profession for individuals who have not traditionally had opportunities in the field. We focus on individuals from educational, social, and economic backgrounds that have not traditionally been represented in the profession.
