About The Role

As an Account Executive at SixSpeed, you know how to own and navigate client relationships. You are obsessed with submerging yourself into our clients’ business challenges, developing and growing relationships and bringing strategic value to the client and agency. We are looking for a responsible and collaborative teammate to sell in, create and execute great work that ensures high client satisfaction and account growth. No schmoozers here – just solid business-oriented individuals who are genuine, likable and capable.

Build and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders; act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Leverage your understanding of the brand, client and our core competencies to ensure the right questions are asked related to client requests, and that we have a clear understanding of the work that is requested
Manage client expectations and provide conflict resolution
Manage client budgets and work with internal teams to find solutions that fit client needs
Lead strategic brand and marketing planning and execution

Account Management
Lead and manage annual account planning and financials for assigned accounts
Develop and present quarterly business reviews to senior management
Distill and communicate client business knowledge and context to the team to ensure we are in lock-step
Explore the industry landscape and available resources to provide additional knowledge, information and perspective to the team and client
Sell and upsell ideas to clients to address their business needs

Process Management
Define goals and objectives of a project with the client and populate the creative direction portion of the brief
Prepare and present proposals, scope of work documents, and estimates with clients
Co-lead project kick-offs, account status’, and debrief meetings with the team
Own internal timelines and budgets throughout the project
Be the voice and buffer between your clients and the SixSpeed (and vice versa)
Manage and build SixSpeed’s business as it relates to your clients
Prioritize diversity and inclusion, especially when working with external and internal partners

You have 3-5 years of Account Management experience in the marketing/advertising and agency realm
You tout a bachelor’s degree
Always thinking about what’s next and determined to find a way
Passionate about building brands and finding new opportunities for them to grow
You have a natural sense of urgency and work well under pressure
Comfortable in almost any situation
