Do you have an account management background with knowledge about Customer Success Methodology? Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their team!

In this role, your job will be to maximize the value that the client brings by finding new opportunities to implement and by resolving challenges facing your client. You’ll foster the expansion of usage and value from the solutions you derive for each client over time as you work across various media platforms. Handle multiple assignments and hit deadlines as you interpret client data and translate it into solid business successes. Guide the strategic and tactical direction of the account management teams and work alongside other departments for important, ongoing projects. Plus, you’ll analyze and demonstrate best practices for market research clients.

Much of this position will rely on your skills in analytics and your knowledge of the digital industry. So, while you’re a great communicator, you’ve got to find the opportunities and challenges in the data to effectively lead your team. And any Customer Success methodology experience you’ve got is a big plus at this company!

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of internet media experience
  • Proven track record of working with customers on projects
  • Customer Success Methodology experience/knowledge is a huge plus!
