About The Role
Hunt Adkins is seeking an Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a get-it-done attitude. The ideal candidate must have experience in planning and executing advertising initiatives along with an appreciation and understanding of how to navigate clients through digital, social and e-commerce trends.
The ideal candidate understands how to move brands forward while implementing tactics that positively impact a client’s bottom line. A successful Account Manager provides high-quality service to our clients and inspires work that’s on strategy and that meets expectations around timing and budget.
As Account Manager, you will serve as client lead with guidance from your Account Director. The ideal candidate must have the skillset to effectively manage all aspects of their clients’ business and the motivation to perform in multiple roles to meet their clients’ needs. A keen sense of ownership over the success of your clients is key to your success.
• 2+ years of agency or related marketing experience
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Manage accounts’ financials (budgets, fees, production, expenses, etc.)
• Understanding of project management and agency processes
• Knowledge of digital + traditional marketing
• Excellent organizational abilities
