About The Role

Overview:

In this role, you will help support clients and internal teams by assisting with project timelines, status calls, competitive and audience research, meeting notes and more. If you like wearing many hats and are good at multitasking, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

1. Day-to-Day Client Work
• Participate in internal account team meetings, creative kickoff meetings and client status meetings
• Assist with preparing conference reports, internal meeting notes and status reports
• Monitor job progress reports to assure compliance with schedules and estimated hours
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions
• Present creative briefs, budgets and high-level media plans to internal teams and clients
• Assist with preparing competitive audits

2. Brand Campaign Opportunity
You will help lead the strategy and project management of a special branding assignment in partnership with your fellow interns. From creative brief development to final client presentations, this is your opportunity to put your internship learnings to work.

Where You’ll Work:

JT Mega is located in Minneapolis, MN. We have a hybrid work model and all full-time employees are required to work at the agency Tuesdays and Wednesdays (with some exceptions). The internship program will follow the same model. You may come into the office as often as you like as the agency is open 5 days per week.
