What we need:

We have a great opportunity for an Account Supervisor to join our team supporting a high-profile client. You’ll use your experience leading digital projects to get started and help grow Lacek’s role with our client. This includes supporting our client’s marketing strategy, branding activities, priorities, and plans. You’ll provide leadership in strengthening client satisfaction and agency revenue growth

What you’ll do:

Lead defined complex multi-channel campaigns from intake through delivery
Deepen existing senior-level client relationships by being their trusted advisor
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that differentiate the agency and drive growth
Contribute to the professional growth of your direct reports by modeling best practices and supporting their development planning and training
Assign outcomes and motivate others
Demonstrate understanding of the client/agency financial model and how to manage profitability on the work they lead
Lead the development of a quarterly/annual business review that highlights insights and solutions and identifies future opportunities
Motivate cross-functional teams throughout all project phases

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in related field such as marketing preferred
8-10 years of multi-channel marketing experience, agency experience is preferred
Excellent negotiation skills, including the ability to manage multiple and conflicting needs to a mutually agreeable solution
Takes a positive approach to change and agility when new challenges are present
Projects confidence when leading client presentations and cross-functional team meetings
Is able and willing to flex up or down on job responsibilities if needed
Shows a leadership disposition and an established internal brand
