About The Role

Collective Measures is currently seeking an Account Supervisor who will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, supervising completion of projects within the parameters of client objectives and budgets, and working to expand opportunities for new business relationships. We are looking for a smart, high energy and motivated marketer with paid media experience to join our team.

_JOB DUTIES:

-Effectively and efficiently contribute to new client business proposals and new project proposals for existing clients, on time and with limited oversight;
-Effectively propose and close on new business opportunities with existing clients;
-Lead internal team discussions regarding client project strategy and execution;
-Proactively set agendas for client meetings to drive project goals and client satisfaction;
-Effectively delegate and supervise completion of routine client project tasks, such as meeting note taking, to junior colleagues;
-Effectively lead client meetings without oversight, as appropriate;
-Supervise junior team members, as assigned;
-Provide strategic input in regular internal and client discussions
-Support client billing and budget management

_EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Six or more years of account management experience, preferably in an agency setting;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-Excellent time management skills and ability to make sound judgments regarding work priorities and deadlines;
-Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics;
-Solid understanding of media types so as to lead discussions re: media tactics, execution and performance measurement;
-Ability to understand and articulate rationale for a preferred media strategy for a particular client;
-Demonstrated judgment to make decisions and to escalate issues when appropriate.

_PHYSICAL / COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS: (without accommodation or with reasonable accommodation)

-Must be able to speak, write and read English proficiently;
-Must be able to sit for extended periods of time;
-Must be able to use a keyboard and a telephone.
