As an Art Director, you will:
Provide art direction to internal designers and external agencies including defining objectives and goals for the optimization of creative deliverables, scheduling and leading meetings with the creative team, and ensuring delivery creatives that support stated business objectives.
Create, design, and develop branded concepts and materials to contribute to the projection of a positive corporate image, including but not limited to: sales collateral materials, advertisements, publication and advertising materials, and all applications of the corporate logo for Associated Bank with an emphasis on brand and environmental design.
Fully develop selected creative concept into environmental design, direct mail, brochures, posters, websites, email campaigns, websites and other media.
Review press and pre-press samples to ensure specified quality and production meets standards. Proof completed jobs before and after the printing process.
Resolve and advise on complex design problems including management of online store-front and online print ordering resources.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required
4+ years graphic design experience with knowledge of design, layout, photography, typography, and printing processes – including paper selection, four-color separation, and computer graphics. Required
Experience with Brand Design, Environmental Design, and Art Direction. Preferred
