About The Role

Collective Measures is currently seeking a Brand Media Associate Manager on the Brand Media team who will be responsible for duties across the entire media planning process — from recommending the strategy around digital and traditional tactics to clients, creating IOs and trafficking ads with managed service display partners and direct buys, to running campaigns in a hands-on-keyboard DSP. This role has ownership over multiple awareness media tactics that are planned and purchased in various ways.

_RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and Strategy:
-Craft client strategy communication regarding recommended display and traditional tactics, including specifics on targeting, investment levels, ad types and inventory
-Oversee the campaign management done by associate planners and planners
-Summarize and communicate status of all campaigns with appropriate internal contacts and client teams – this includes reviewing and finalizing client-facing reports in Excel and/or PowerPoint with data visualization and insights
-The Awareness Media Associate Manager will frequently be the main client-facing contact on accounts for display and traditional media tactics.
-The ideal candidate will have experience being client-facing when it comes to media recommendations, client statuses, and -weekly & monthly reporting
-Work with other teams to evaluate display impact on website and search performance

Programmatic:
-Oversee the planning, building and optimization of programmatic campaigns using Collective Measures’ ad tech stack
-Assist the associate or planner with ideating and implementing optimization strategies for programmatic display campaigns across multiple channels (banner, video, audio, native, Connected TV)
-Provide programmatic bidding expertise and understand bidding best practices to improve campaign performance

Managed Service and Direct Buying:
-Research and meet with various display programmatic partners and direct publishers, learning their evolving capabilities and related industry trends.
-The Awareness Media Associate Manager should be able to come into the role with a solid knowledge of the ad tech partners in the space, bringing in new and exciting ideas to bring to campaigns
-Recommend, coordinate, and implement third-party products and technology across the programmatic landscape

_QUALIFICATIONS:

-3+ years of experience in media, including managing display campaigns, trading/buying in display focused platforms, or managing traditional channels
-Experience using The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon Advertising or other programmatic DSP’s preferred, but not required
-Experience using DoubleClick Campaign Manager preferred, but not required
-High proficiency with Microsoft Excel—formulas, pivot tables, creating efficiencies
-Strong knowledge and background in metrics and results-driven optimization is vital
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
-A data-driven, independent, and analytical approach to problem solving
-The ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment
-Self-starting, positive work ethic, to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
