About The Role

Connections Strategists craft clear plans to find the most impactful places and moments for audiences to experience brands in both digital and physical spaces. They specialize in creating consumer journeys, building go-to-market strategies, making campaign and engagement strategies, and shaping influencer and partnership plans. You’ll bring empathy, deep understanding and curiosity to help adventurous brands discover where they fit best in the day-to-day lives of their audiences.

Proactively research and study our clients, their industries, and their competitors to provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams
Continually develop an understanding of our clients’ target audiences
Effectively analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform clear, actionable insights
Own channel/platform performance monitoring, reporting, and planning across channels
and understand how to translate reports into recommendations for future campaigns and activations
Monitor trends in digital, social media, and technology to distill and package them for the agency
Document and champion channel best practices and provide recommendations based on business goals and audience understanding
Create plans for paid, owned, earned, and shared tactics across campaigns
Collaborate effectively with colleagues from a range of disciplines including Brand Strategy, Creative, Studio, Experiential, and Account teams to generate key deliverables and documentation
Actively plan and leads go-to-market strategies and tactical recommendations, campaign planning, and channel strategies to ensure our creative is placed in the right mediums at the right times
Proactively communicate with colleagues to ensure understanding and consideration of other campaigns and marketing efforts through ecosystem awareness
Prioritize diversity and inclusion, especially when working with external and internal partners

You have 2-5 years of experience in engagement marketing and strategy
Endlessly curious about people, culture, and connection strategy
Empathetic, observant and extremely attentive to the small details
Obsessed with research and unsatisfied with going one layer deep
Adept at navigating, managing, monitoring and reporting across a variety of channels and platforms
Confident in making a clear recommendation with strong reasoning for why
Comfortable presenting work to clients and across the agency
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools
Familiarity with pixel placement and/or Google Tag Manager
Preferable experience with paid media or digital strategy
