About The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our team at Ingredient. As a Content Strategist, you’ll be instrumental in developing clear and engaging content strategies consistent with our clients’ brand image and business goals. Your expertise in editorial and content planning, coupled with strong analytical skills, will drive the creation and management of monthly, and quarterly content strategies. Collaborating closely with Content, Brand, Account, and Creative teams, you’ll lead content strategy discussions and ensure alignment with clients’ priorities, KPIs, and data-driven insights. Your role will involve conducting content gap analysis, competitor research, and weekly content review sessions. What will you do?
*Develop clear and engaging content strategies that are consistent with our clients’ brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs
*Working with the Brand and Content teams, create strategic presentations
*Build, adjust, and manage editorial and content calendars
*Work hand-in-hand with Content, Brand, Account and Creative to steer content strategy
*Plan content informed by client priorities and KPIs, trends, social listening, and data-based insights — taking into account the need for variety in content across all channels
*Work with content planners to review weekly content plans
*Act as trusted adviser on content efforts, leveraging insights about client business challenges and opportunities as inputs
*Work with planners to pull and analyze reporting on a regular basis. Analysis will include content format and channel testing recommendations based on what’s working and not working across channels.
*Perform content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed
*Conduct content format, competitor, and industry research, and make recommendations based on discovery

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 exclusive of benefits mentioned above. Your compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
How do we work?
Together, as a team. We collaborate. The work we do requires that we all participate and do our best work. Each person is heard and respected. If you are invited to a meeting it is because we want you in the room (or on the Zoom) and want you to contribute.
Our team is currently operating with a “hotel policy” office model: You can do your work either remotely or work from a space in the office. Occasionally, we will expect to meet in the office or attend meetings on-site with the client when the work requires it.
