This position is responsible for prospecting and selling new ticket business and managing current season ticket member renewals. This position will be tasked to sell all Vikings ticket products available with an emphasis on season tickets and Stadium Builder’s Licenses (SBL). This role is expected to generate new business by ongoing communication with prospects via telephone, e-mail, in-person appointments and mail correspondence. Also, will be a key driver in the strengthening of Season Ticket Member relationships and will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining service-oriented plans to ensure retention goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Extend the Team’s brand into new areas by engaging in strategic business relationships that result in selling of SBL’s and season tickets, as well as other Vikings ticket products.
Network for new business by developing and managing a strategic pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and referrals.
Develop SBL and season ticket revenue generating opportunities via consistent and creative prospecting methods, proactive/prompt email communication, face to face appointments with key decision makers, the creation and presentation of tailored sales presentations, and persistent client follow up that leads to closing sales.
In preparation for season ticket renewal conversations, establish and nurture relationships with current SBL holders by working closely with the Premium Services Team.
Assist the Manager of the SBL sales process, by accurately recording sales, executing agreements, accurately inputting data into Archtics and ensuring overall integrity of the SBL manifest.
Maintain CRM records tracking communication and touchpoints, sales trends, and customer profiles. Collaborate with Business Analytics on best practices for prospecting and sales engagement.
Manage SBL and season ticket member waitlist sales and engagement initiatives and handle internal ticket distribution needs and requests as assigned.
Provide day to day customer service and support to active ticket holder service needs such as financial billing and payment processing, account manager education, Vikings App usage, STR Marketplace, NFL Ticket Exchange and other ticketing and team-related questions.
Engage current Vikings Club Seat accounts with consistent touchpoints throughout the season.
Invite and attend to Season Ticket Members and other active ticket holders at team and community events and assist in game-day staffing needs.
Demonstrate outstanding selling techniques and knowledge of the sales process by coordinating and executing sales calls with current and potential customers through cold calling, prospecting, and referrals.

Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and consistently meet deadlines
Understands the need for data integrity and pays attention to maintaining accurate/timely data
An effective communicator orally and written with excellent interpersonal skills
Be customer focused (with both external and internal prospects and partners)
Ability to navigate situations under pressure
1+ years of experience in a revenue generating role and/or sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM management and Archtics
Available to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
