About The Role

_JOB DUTIES:

-Aid data engineering team in standing up a cloud-based data warehouse
-Assist with associated tasks including QA, UAT, and platform configuration related to data warehouse project
-Assist with visual design and consistency of existing standard reports as well as build new reports as needed
-Serve as a resource to assist with client tagging, instruction writing, and ad-hoc analytics requests
-Contribute to efforts to implement new efficiencies and scalability through automation of pre-existing manual business and engineering processes
-Participate in proof of concepts as our team continues to create new business value for the broader agency and drive our competitive advantages
-Other duties as assigned

_EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Undergraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data and research focused social sciences, or other related field, or completion of at least two years toward degree.
-Practical or educational experience with analytics-related language(s) (e.g. SQL, shell scripting, Python, R, SAS) strongly preferred
-Prefer practical experience in hands on, end-to-end software development
-Experience and/or an understanding of working with large cloud and/or traditional relational databases/warehouses
-Hands on experience building advanced data visualizations, Tableau preferred
-Advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
-Knowledge of major web analytics and tagging platforms, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
-Understanding of various marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, display, social, and email

_PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS: (without accommodation or with reasonable accommodation)

-Must be able to speak and read English proficiently;
-Must be able to sit for extended periods of time;
-Must be able to use a keyboard and a telephone.
