Job posted August 16, 2023
About The Role
Digital Media Supervisors at MKR manage the planning, buying, optimizing and reporting of digital and social media plans across multiple platforms. Digital Media Supervisors are responsible for each of their clients’ paid media presence and proactively work towards goals/objectives/KPIs established in the planning process.
A significant part of a Digital Media Supervisor’s responsibilities include finding creative ways to distribute content for our clients. This includes strategically planning and placing paid distribution buys. Thoughtful consideration and detailed management of these buys is critical to client success.
The ambition to make our clients famous and look like heroes is what drives Digital Media Supervisors at MKR. We have high aspirations for individuals that accept this challenge!
MKR’s Digital Media Supervisors are experienced professionals who get things done. They lead our relationships with clients and relentlessly pursue their success and happiness. Digital Media Supervisors are expected to quickly learn our clients’ businesses and become intimately familiar with what drives those businesses — and client teams — toward success. Being focused on, and mindful of, opportunities to impact and help drive the professional and personal success of each of our individual client contacts is vital. Making our clients look like heroes in the eyes of their colleagues is central to our success.
Digital Media Supervisors lead our client engagements for paid media campaigns, and act as a pillar of support, strategy and encouragement for the entire team working on their accounts. At MKR we have a zero-politics policy, along with a culture that is built around solving problems collaboratively.
We expect Digital Media Supervisors to be extraordinary communicators both internally and externally. Honesty, transparency and proactiveness serve them well.
We also expect Digital Media Supervisors to proactively identify opportunities and grow relationships with our clients. The ability to be both persuasive and helpful is vital to success in this aspect of the role. Digital Media Supervisors are responsible for maintaining and growing the relationship with our clients by helping them solve their problems, and ensuring the agency is appropriately and profitably compensated for those solutions.
