About The Role

As an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our client’s eCommerce channels to ensure products are appropriately represented for optimal customer experience and sales conversions.

Hours per week: 40 hours
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

A Day In The Life
– Aid in the management and optimization of merchandising and site search functionalities.
– Support email and paid media marketing with appropriate landing page creation and merchandising needs.
– Ensure eCommerce marketing messages, target audience, and brand standards are clear and consistent.
– Use best practices to improve eCommerce conversion rates consistently over time.

Your Qualifications
Experience
– 3+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising and site search is preferred
– Experience contributing to website platforms and improving web presentation
– Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

Credentials
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar experience preferred
– Technical skills within SearchSpring, BigCommerce, NetSuite, or a similar platform is a plus
