Are you a self-starting marketing professional with two years of marketing and communications experience in a b2b environment? Advent is seeking a contract Integrated Marketing Specialist for a 3-month project with a global cyber security company in Shakopee, MN! Overview and Perks:
– Pay:$27- $30/ hour DOE
– Location: Shakopee, hybrid (remote + onsite each week)
– Length: 3 month contract
– Schedule: Full time

Responsibilities Include:
– Supporting integrated marketing campaign development with emphasis on digital channels in collaboration with creative, digital and marketing teams
– Tracking progress budgets using project management software and updating marketing calendars
– Supporting pre and post-event marketing efforts, including emails and other collateral, working with global field marketing and trade show teams
– Creating and updating collateral for product launches, including white papers, datasheets and brochures
– Collaborating with digital teams to update web pages or add new product pages
– Work with creative/digital/marketing teams to execute marketing campaign development and placement as needed. Emphasis on but not limited to digital channels.

Qualifications Include:
– 1-2 years of experience managing integrated marketing projects in a global company
– Ability to work in various digital marketing channels, including email, PPC, social media and display
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
– Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
– Project management skills, including comfortable in setting and enforcing deadlines
– B2B marketing experience preferred
– Marketing automation experience in Salesforce and Eloqua preferred
