INTEGRATED MEDIA MANAGER
Media Bridge Advertising is an agency in Minneapolis, MN, that combines media buying and creative services to help clients of all sizes grow and win. We are seeking an Integrated Media Manager to join our team. The Integrated Media Manager is an analytical thinker and has a passion to learn and support a team across digital and traditional efforts. The Integrated Media Manager develops and implements local traditional and programmatic media campaigns, ensuring they are executed accurately and efficiently. These channels include online media (programmatic, managed service, and publisher direct) as well as TV, Radio, Cable and OOH.
We’re looking for an experienced Media enthusiast with a cross-channel understanding of the media ecosystem, preferably with an agency background. Daily obligations will include a wide breadth of media functions across multiple channels and buying platforms. The right candidate will be experienced in collaborating programmatic DSP platforms and Strata. This is a full-time position with immediate and meaningful responsibilities, autonomy, and growth opportunity. Because this position will be so important to our agency’s growth, we’re seeking a dedicated person who can help with our multi-channel media buying needs, as well as evaluate new ideas and strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS AN INTEGRATED MEDIA MANAGER
Build smart and strategic paid media campaigns across programmatic and traditional media channels for Media Bridge Advertising clients.
Implement best practices for bidding, budget management, and reporting including campaign tracking set-up and implementation
Support the documentation of optimizations and learnings
Collaborate with account and product personnel on premium-programmatic media plans
Educate internal and external clients
Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns and buys
Negotiate rates with the media to obtain the most competitive prices.
Find a combination of media that will create the most efficient plan for budgets.
Ability to work on your own, with confidence, speed, and little management.
Responsible for tracking spend against approved budgets
Ensures strict adherence to client budgets while meeting client objectives
Stays current on all media trends and opportunities in the industry
2+ years of Media Buying experience preferred
Knowledge and prior use of buying software (Strata preferred)
Experience working in a DSP required (OneView or the Trade Desk preferred)
Knowledge and utilization of 1st and/or 3rd party data
Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines
Ability to establish good working relationships with media sales reps and can effectively negotiate rates/makegoods, etc.

We anticipate that this person will be most effective onsite at our office in the North Loop area of Minneapolis Monday-Thursday due to the work style of the existing team. The person in this role will routinely work remotely most Fridays, and we will consider an additional routine remote day during the week after initial training is complete. That being said, we do understand that some days are more productive remotely, and we offer additional remote flexibility as needed. Note that parking is paid for by Media Bridge when employees are required to work onsite.
