About The Role
First and foremost, you are excited about technology. You are the tech support specialist for your family and friends. You have a passion for all things Apple and its importance in enterprise applications. You are curious and thrilled about the possibilities of future technology (3D Printing, Laser Cutting/Engraving/VR) and how they can be applied in new and innovative ways. You have patience and enjoy helping others learn and use their technology.
What you’ll do:
Assist in new hardware preparation and the repurpose/decommission of older hardware.
Assist Mac Support Specialist in completion of daily Helpdesk tickets and connect with our internal clients to assist in issue resolution.
Review Tech patrols to ensure our office technology is up and running smoothly.
Assist in inventory/organization of company technology assets
Perform other duties as assigned.

A candidate’s experience level and overall tech knowledge will be less important than their ability to be client focused while empathizing and communicating in a clear and concise manner.
This will be a 40 hour/week paid summer internship.
