About The Role

Alia is a growing MN-based national nonprofit, with a vision that every child experiences an uninterrupted sense of belonging. We do that by supporting and guiding child welfare and adjacent family-serving systems to keep more kids safely with their families, not from them. We meet this mission through building capacity in systems through offerings of workforce wellbeing, leadership coaching and strategy, and healing and belonging approaches. We also take big-bets in partnering with systems to provide transformational change. The Marketing & Communications Project Manager will assist in increasing Alia’s influence and brand awareness through marketing and communications efforts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing our social media and newsletters; curating and managing our external Bright Spots website; and creating digital assets for both the Strategic Growth Team and external project needs (flyers, powerpoints, short videos, etc.). Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM and CMS), WordPress, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
