About The Role
he Marketing Production Manager performs administrative and project management duties related to marketing, communications, public relations, and fundraising. This person will be involved with the development, budgeting, creation, editing, production, distribution and implementation of all marketing and communications deliverables for the organization and will help elevate FosterAdopt Connect’s profile in all resource centers.
Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administrative Leadership and Management
Functions as the marketing department’s organizational leader and project manager for all functions and deliverables across all locations and programs
Ensures accurate, consistent and timely communications are made to internal and external clients and the team members who are accountable for deliverables
Establishes iterative timelines, processes, cross-functional workflows and expectations for on-time delivery of all marketing and communications products
Communicates to leadership thoroughly and effectively
Maintains consistent branding throughout all marketing & communications channels
Reviews all proofs for accuracy prior to final production
Manages all FAC website content, keeping site up-to-date and relevant both directly, with staff and contractors
Directly supervises Marketing Videographer and Graphic Designer to ensure delivery of accurate, timely and elevated work
Responsible for the bidding, budgeting, creation and distribution of all print materials, i.e. brochures, fliers, invitations, event collateral, etc.
In collaboration with the marketing department and PQI department, they will produce an annual impact report
Assist President of Advancement and the Marketing Manager with the implementation of the marketing and development plan which incorporates a range of strategies including the annual fund, capital campaigns, corporate and individual appeals, public relations, social media, and special events
Participate in staff meetings, attend FAC community events
Attend trainings and meetings as required
Contribute on an organizational level with a focus on agency culture, cultural competency, and performance improvement outcomes
Participate as an active team member with all agency departments (i.e. attend meetings as assigned, ensure availability of residents for scheduled on and off campus appointments, etc.) so the agency’s efforts to assist clients and maintain licensing/contract/COA standards are coordinated for maximum effectiveness
Maintain strong, open communication with direct supervisor regarding services delivered, concerns or questions
Performance, Quality & Improvement (PQI)
Complete agency reports and statistics as needed or assigned
Ensure procedures are in place to track and report program outcomes and quality assurance
Ensure all resource provider files are in compliance with requirements
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or 3-5 years’ relevant agency experience
PMI certification desirable
Outstanding project management, risk management and interpersonal accountability skills
Impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with many critical dependencies
Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities
Preferred experience in WordPress, ClickUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, and Donor Perfect. Alternative or similar programs acceptable
Solid commitment to the principles of support and advocacy for foster and adoptive families
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Superior competency in MS Office Suite
The ability to collaborate and advocate for positive outcomes, using excellent interpersonal skills in multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic professional teams
Direct supervisory experience
Experience working with marginalized communities with a nuanced understanding of systemic oppressions
Participate in ongoing meetings/professional memberships and trainings as required
Flexibility and adaptability, able to shift styles to fit the needs of a wide range of cultures, people, and organizations
