What we need:

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator who will provide clerical and administrative support to our staff through efficient and courteous phone assistance, presentation/written communication support, and general administrative and office projects, while mentoring junior staff.

What you’ll do:

  • Work collaboratively with Office Administration, HR and Finance teams
  • Ability to prioritize many job duties and embrace change
  • Assist with meeting and travel accommodations for staff and guests
  • Manage expense reports for staff members
  • Schedule candidates for interviews, proactively anticipating challenges and conflicting priorities
  • Maintain records and filing for audit compliance
  • Maintain office and breakroom supply inventories
  • Support agency social activities with logistical and practical assistance
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Create a premier experience for visiting clients, guests and job candidates

What you’ll bring:

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years’ experience as an office administrator, HR administrator or office assistant desired
  • Strict commitment to confidentiality
  • Proven ability to work with executive team members
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal relationship and decision-making abilities
  • Strong PC skills, including expertise with MS Office software and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Positive can-do attitude team player and willingness to jump in wherever asked
  • Adaptability, superb organizational skills and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
