About The Role
Position Summary
The Print Producer oversees and executes the development and delivery of all tangible advertising mediums within the agency. They collaborate with account and creative teams; handle production scoping and scheduling; manage project communication with vendors; and are a go-to expert on print, trade show/event and experiential projects.
They work closely with project management to manage deadlines and budgets on assigned work. They’re passionate about researching production methodologies and delivering the best work possible. They work closely with creative teams on optimization of client assets, supporting the management of creative campaigns, and other client needs.
Essential Responsibilities
-Negotiates and/or purchases services cost effectively to meet or exceed client or agency objectives that will insure high quality products and services.
-Creates and maintains production estimates, schedules, specs and materials, vendor relationships and quality control of final deliverables.
-Develops detailed cost estimates and schedules for items needing to be printed/produced and works with project management and account team to obtain client and/or agency approvals.
-Collaborates with team, agency or client to translate creative challenges into technical solutions.
-Manages vendors and talent on assigned projects. This includes creating detailed PO’s, monitoring production budgets/OOPs, approving vendor invoices, securing and filing talent/location release forms, ensuring security is hired for events/activations when needed, overseeing install of wrap graphics, etc.
-Assists with business building ideas relating to client, new business and new production technologies.
-Finds resourceful ways to deliver the best possible product on time and on budget.
-Identifies and mitigates potential production pitfalls and actively communicate the status of each project to appropriate team member.
-Works directly with fellow Producers to understand resource availability and plan resources effectively.
-Performs other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the agency.
Education + Experience
-3+ years of related, progressive agency experience.
-Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and proofing.
-Experience managing event and/or experiential activations.
-Experience managing/overseeing truck wrap printing and installation.

-MS Office smarts.
-Familiarity with Adobe Suite and Workfront ideal, but not required.
-Familiarity with large-scale shipping procedures (FedEx, UPS, LTL packet, customs requirement, etc.). Ability to kit pack, ship items out of the office, and travel to events on-site to manage production duties.
-The talent to smile while sweating under a tight deadline or two.
-Strong interest and an insightful eye that is up on print/experiential news and trends.
-An everyday, ready and willing attitude to seek successful solutions.
