  • Maintain thorough understanding of all assigned projects and/or accounts and their timelines, scopes, resourcing needs
  • Evaluate production requirements of assigned projects, including business requirements, material or technical specs; plan production strategies and timetables
  • Identify and enlist qualified vendors and act as liaison to build strong relationships between agency departments and vendors
  • Competitively bid all work to prepare estimates for client approval
  • Purchase quality materials and vendor services; be accountable for production estimates
  • Issue concise, detailed POs and release forms for services, art, or products obtained through vendors/suppliers
  • Schedule internal production meetings as well as vendor/agency collaboration meetings; inform job status sheets
  • Anticipate production needs and problems; communicate and solve for potential issues
  • Prioritize work and manage timetables and estimates for production jobs in progress
  • Circulate production details and produced elements for internal review in keeping with production timeline
  • Communicate any and all information about jobs or changes to all appropriate parties (agency personnel and suppliers)
  • Maintain expertise with new technology, trends, prices, production techniques and suppliers
  • Promote integrity and honesty with Preston Kelly clients, suppliers and agency personnel
  • Keep supervisor informed of workload and account situations; recommend improvements to procedures
  • Manage file and asset sharing and file storing on server
  • Manage QA and testing process to ensure flawless execution of final deliverables


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education combined with experience
  • 1-5 years of work experience in the advertising/marketing industry
  • Understanding of print production, pre-press, on-press functions
  • Understanding of web development and digital campaign execution/coordination
  • Understanding of intellectual property rights, licensing requirements and procedures
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience in team or agency management software and Excel spreadsheets; knowledge of Advantage software preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to adapt quickly to demands of challenging and unusual projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to work within and lead a team
  • Proficient level of professional skill and/or knowledge in project management, keeping current with emerging PM and production models
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management
