About The Role
Projects. We’ve got a lot. And we’re looking for someone to manage them. Come join MKR as a Project Manager for a chance to do good work with good people.
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and leading agency projects from their very conception all the way through execution. You will also help to ensure deliverables meet (and hopefully exceed) objectives, observe timelines, and are within budget. You will organize tasks, manage workflow, and maintain project awareness at all times. You will be expected to identify risks/inefficiencies that may arise, and also provide solutions for mitigating them.
You will work with pretty much everyone within the agency: account management, strategy, research, analytics, creative, media, and more. And you’ll facilitate efficient and effective communication between them all with clear directions based on concrete project objectives.
An ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. The ability to problem-solve and effectively communicate with others is vital to your success in this role.
