About The Role

Who you are:
Our Project Manager Intern will provide support in driving work through the agency from inception to final delivery. The Project Manager Intern is an impeccable multitasker and juggler of projects. We’re looking for someone who can rally a team while being extremely organized, deadline-conscious, and detail-oriented. As the Project Manager Intern, you’ll provide support to your team while learning about the advertising and marketing business. Your ambitious attitude will have team members seeking you out to assist with PM support.

What you’ll do:
Liaise between agency team members on assigned projects, becoming a champion of each step of the process.
Communicate across disciplines to ensure key members are kept current on project status.
Become a super-user of our project management software system, Workfront.
Maintain the current status of projects, including:
Timeline management
Facilitate movement from one process step to the next
Manage approval process
Coordinate and communicate with production partners
Manage a detailed and organized history of each project
Perform other duties as assigned.

A curiosity for all marketing mediums: you’ll work on digital, print, broadcast and experiential projects.
A problem solver by nature and anticipator of next steps; finding a path forward through ambiguity doesn’t intimidate you.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of the agency.
