About The Role

MSPC, the content agency of MSP Communications, is a team of editors, strategists, designers and marketers who create award-winning content for some of the most influential brands in the world. From screen to page, were experts at producing content that grabs attention and gets results.

We are looking for a versatile digital project manager/publisher for a retail account in the food space with 1-2 years of experience or a recent PMP graduate.


Proactively review creative and deliverables for accuracy, functionality, and usability, keeping in mind the objectives defined in briefs.
Work with leadership to prioritize revision requests, monitor projects timelines, and work quality, using multiple project management and digital publishing tools including Asana, Facebook Ads Manager, a web CMS, etc.
Be available to cover weekend and evening tasks as assigned. Tasks will be intermittent, approximately 2-4 times per month, on an on-call basis.
Possess an understanding of the principles of web design and development, a working knowledge of content management systems and project management software and a willingness and propensity to learn advanced skills.
Demonstrate effective collaboration and communication to get work done.
Be comfortable working on tight timelines and open to finding alternative solutions when requirements change. Energized by investigating and hunting for solutions to problems that are only partially defined.
Be a self-starter driven to learn and grow in the field of project management, social media management and digital publishing.
Effectively manage and communicate task-level timing and communicate updates and changes to the internal team of designers, copywriters, strategists and project managers.
