Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive at Colle McVoy, you’re an inquisitive self-starter who digs the details – providing tactical, strategic oversight and leadership to clients and teams. A natural problem-solver, you’ll pave the way for great work that is forward thinking and digitally savvy to help transform behaviors, people and businesses.
Responsibilities:
– Guide the day-to-day development of multiple, often simultaneous, adverting initiatives within approved plans
– Demonstrate deep knowledge and command of clients’ businesses
– Foster partnerships with clients and manages expectations while delivering work that is creatively driven and executed flawlessly on time and on budget
– Proactively identify potential challenges that could put project timelines in jeopardy and bring solutions to the forefront
– Collaborate effectively with others and contribute relevant insights, feedback, and probing questions
– Work with media and production departments to ensure necessary media placement paperwork is issued and insertion deadlines are met
– Attend face-to-face client meetings, as well as draft communication reports documenting client decisions and feedback
– Engage with clients independently on tactical initiatives
– Draft project and production budgets, and work with business managers on a monthly basis to ensure accurate billing
– Review competitive/industry news and alert clients with relevant insights
– Train and mentor Assistant Account Executives and actively participate in agency initiatives

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
– Three or more years of agency or relevant experience
– Digital and social channel experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Ability to travel as needed
