Senior Analyst, Display Media

The Senior Analyst, Display Media position at Ovative/group will be responsible for supporting the Ovative/services’ Display Media team and help manage and grow overall relationships with some of O/g’s largest clients (both service clients and technology companies).

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Ovative/group’s subject matter expert for Display Media (e.g., banner, mobile, social, digital radio, video) by building best practices, staying on top of emerging trends, vetting and partnering with new technology companies and managing planning and execution tools
  • Build strategies for clients specific to Display Media and lead tactical planning and execution
  • Understand and find synergies across digital channels within the client mix in partnership with other team members
  • Recruit, train, and manage new Ovative/services team members
  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of client Display Media programs including:
    • Campaign planning, strategy and plan documentation
    • Campaign tactics and segmentation build-out and optimization
    • Bidding optimizations
    • External partner management
    • Creative management and trafficking execution
    • Site and inventory management
    • Test planning, recommendations and management
    • Custom analysis, reporting and insights
    • Manage privacy and evolving do-not-track trends directly, or in partnership with, other media partners
  • Keep abreast of Display Media and general digital marketing trends

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working directly on Display Media or related programs
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Great communication and client management skills
  • Understanding of the following:
    • Performance based, direct response marketing
    • Multi-channel attribution
    • Display advertising

Preferred:

  • Strong digital agency experience
  • Bid technology platform experience
  • Mathematics or economics background or equivalent analytical experience
