Senior Brand Strategist
We’re in search of a Senior Brand Strategist with a passion for tapping the full power of a brand to solve problems and inspire inventive creative solutions, including creative campaigns and activations; design efforts, including visual identity, IRL/retail and digital experiences; paid, owned and earned-media concepts and more. As a proactive thinker, doer, creator, and explorer, the ideal candidate will thrive in helping cross-functional teams navigate through the gray toward fresh concepts that move both people and business results.
Responsibilities:
– Make an impact that leads to great work as the senior strategist on multiple client businesses
– Uncover actionable insights, craft provocative strategies with compelling narratives and conduct inspiring briefings
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and inform brand strategiesand go-to-market strategies across social, digital, content and brand experience
– Lead workshops and guide strategic development through multiple stakeholders
– Envision, execute, analyze and present primary and secondary research initiatives for clients and new business
– Stay on top of trends in pursuit of a deep understanding of culture, consumer behavior, emerging technologies, social media, creator culture, and influencers
– Ground strategies in solid business understanding and effectiveness goals
– Support agency growth goals in digital innovation, sustainability, and diversity, equity and inclusion by representing these viewpoints in strategy development
– Contribute to team morale and mentor strategists and interns

– Confidently partners with and influences clients and internal teams
– Identifies brand, human and business problems to solve across the brand ecosystem
– Effectively partners with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies; content, social and experience strategies, communications planning and measurement frameworks
– Experience in developing both B2C and B2B brand platforms and go-to-market strategies
– Research ambidexterity, qualitative and quantitative
– Highly organized and detail-oriented
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
– Three plus years of strategic planning or strategically driven role required
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Ability to travel as needed
