As a UX Designer, you will provide the expertise and inspiration to help drive our client’s business forward, and in turn ours. This includes things like digital designs in Figma, Adobe, and InVision, prototypes, and iteration with attention to detail and user experience. This position will partner closely with the developers, other designers, UX Researchers, project managers, and QA to deliver best-in-class work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
As a UX Designer at Creed Interactive, you will be expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Wireframe and design various technology solutions including, but not limited to prototypes, frontend designs, pattern libraries, creative copy layout, and more while working within client brand, style guidelines, and standards
Collaborate with internal teams to align work streams and approach with client’s product goals, strategy, and priorities, and ultimately deliverables
Work closely with Project Managers, UX researchers, and developers to turn user data and client goals into actionable designs and interactions
Conceptualize and execute high-quality digital designs that effectively and beautifully showcase complex technical products and solutions
Leverage best practices and tools including digital page heat, scroll, and click maps as well as a/b testing
Lead user research including planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting for both generative and evaluative research
Bring new ideas and thought leadership to the team by staying up-to-date with the current design and user-experience trends
Manage time and priorities in order to meet deadlines
Effectively collaborate with project management team members, developers, and other designers
Accurately track time in Harvest

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Passionate about a user-centered approach to design and user interfaces.
Comfortable designing with tools like Figma, Adobe CC, InVision, Miro, etc.
Basic understanding of programming languages, development, and the tools that support them from a UX design and digital design standpoint
Passionate about a user-centered approach to design products like websites, applications, and portals that delight users
A great storyteller and communicator, comfortable with planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing, and communicating UX and design to both internal and external audiences
Works well in a team environment and is able to clearly communicate ideas
Attention to detail and delivering designs on time
Required: Demonstrated full proof of vaccination against COVID-19 prior to the start date.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3-5+ years of strong UI/UX design experience, digital design, user research, and working directly with clients
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
Experience using Figma, Adobe CC, InVision, Miro
