What is The BrandLab?

We’re changing the face and voice of the marketing industry by creating more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces, and taking action against a system that isn’t working for the marketing industry. Since 2009, our non-profit organization has envisioned an industry that thrives with the creativity and insights of all. That means you!

What is the LabFellows Program?

Introducing LabFellows, a first-of-its-kind, 8-month immersive fellowship program, offering 16 talented young BIPOC professionals the opportunity to gain real-life experience in a creatively-driven advertising and marketing work environment. With 360-support from both agency and client-side professionals, you’ll build lasting and impactful relationships while gaining specific skills tailored to your career, and get paid for your work.
