What is the LabFellows Program?
Introducing LabFellows, a first-of-its-kind, 8-month immersive fellowship program, offering 16 talented young BIPOC professionals the opportunity to gain real-life experience in a creatively-driven advertising and marketing work environment. The program will host 8 Creative Fellows and 8 Management Fellows, rotating across 4 world-class organizations. With 360-support from both agency and client-side professionals, you’ll build lasting and impactful relationships while gaining specific skills tailored to your career, and get paid for your work.
