What is The BrandLab?

We’re changing the face and voice of the marketing industry by creating more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces, and taking action against a system that isn’t working for the marketing industry. Since 2009, our non-profit organization has envisioned an industry that thrives with the creativity and insights of all. That means you!

What is the LabFellows Program?

Introducing LabFellows, a first-of-its-kind, 8-month immersive fellowship program, offering 16 talented young BIPOC professionals the opportunity to gain real-life experience in a creatively-driven advertising and marketing work environment. The program will host 8 Creative Fellows and 8 Management Fellows, rotating across 4 world-class organizations. With 360-support from both agency and client-side professionals, you’ll build lasting and impactful relationships while gaining specific skills tailored to your career, and get paid for your work.

The BrandLab is excited to join forces with Wunderman Thompson, Best Buy, Optum and Essence, to foster new career opportunities for BIPOC individuals, making a commitment to a more inclusive, equal, and diverse industry.

Wunderman Thompson
