In response to the identified gap in opportunities for young talent, The BrandLab proudly presents Learning Labs, a groundbreaking education program designed to equip 15-25-year-olds, particularly those from BIPOC communities, with the skills needed to thrive in the marketing and advertising industry.
Bi-monthly Skill-Based Workshops: Learning Labs comprises engaging and practical bi-monthly workshops focusing on key topics relevant to marketing and advertising.
Virtual and In-person Sessions: To ensure accessibility, some workshops will be conducted virtually, reaching young people across Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. In-person sessions will create optimal learning environments for hands-on experiences.
Workshop Duration: Sessions will vary from 1 to 4 hours, providing a comprehensive yet manageable learning experience.
Industry Collaboration: Learning Labs partners with marketing and advertising agencies, leveraging their expertise to deliver high-quality workshops. Our agency partners not only contribute valuable insights but also provide volunteers, enriching the learning experience for participants.
